摘 要:目的建立贵州余庆规范化种植吴茱萸药材HPLC特征指纹图谱,用于产地、真伪鉴别及品质控制。方法采用高效液相色谱法对12批贵州余庆吴茱萸药材、9批其他不同产地吴茱萸药材及2种伪品进行高效液相色谱的比较分析。结果建立了吴茱萸药材HPLC指纹图谱共有模式,22个共有峰被标定,并对其他产地药材及其伪品进行了相似度比较;不同产地吴茱萸的主成分组成基本相同,但各组分的含量有较大的差异;2种伪品没有上述特征。结论该方法可作为贵州余庆产吴茱萸药材的真伪鉴别及品质控制的方法,为评价吴茱萸药材品质优劣和GAP规范化种植、种植标准操作规程的制定以及质量监控提供科学依据。[ Objective] To establish HPLC fingerprint of E. Rutaeearpa for the place of production, the authenticity of identification and quality control. [Methods] The HPLC was used to analyze comparatively 12 groups of E. Rutaecarpa crude drugs from Guizhou Yuqing, 9 groups of E. Rutaeearpa crude drugs from other different places of production and 2 Counterfeits. [Results] After the mutual mode of HPLC fingerprint was set up, and the 22 common peaks were pinpointed, eomparison of similar degree to the erude drugs of other produeing areas and 2 Counterfeits has been carried on. The main kinds of ingredient in E. Rutaeearpa from different places are nearly the same, but the content of each component were different. The two kinds of Counterfeits have no such characteristics. [Conclusion] This method can be used as Guizhou Yuqing E. Rutaecarpa production of medicines to identify the authenticity and quality control, and it provided a scientific basis to judge the quality of E. Rutaeearpa and standardized planting of GAP, as well as to draw up the standard operating procedures of planting and the quality control of E. Rutaeearpa.
