介入治疗前后晚期卵巢上皮性癌患者血浆组织多肽特异抗原及癌抗原125的变化

摘　　要：目的探讨晚期卵巢上皮性癌患者动脉化疗灌注及栓塞治疗前后血浆组织多肽特异抗原（TPS）、癌抗原125（CA125）的表达变化，进而评估晚期卵巢上皮性癌患者介入治疗的疗效及应用价值。方法对25例晚期卵巢上皮性癌患者术前行髂内动脉、卵巢动脉化疗灌注及栓塞，采用ELISA和EIA法检测患者介入治疗前后血浆TPS、CA125的水平，同时检测20例良性卵巢上皮性肿瘤患者血浆TPS、CAl25作为对照。结果良性卵巢上皮性肿瘤组TPS、CAl25平均值在正常范围，卵巢上皮性癌组TPS、CAl25平均值远远高于正常值，与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；在介入治疗后患者血浆TPS、CAl25水平呈现不同程度的下降，与介入治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论晚期卵巢上皮性癌患者术前动脉介入治疗可以使血浆TPS、CAl25水平明显下降，肿瘤体积缩小，提高手术切除率。介入治疗是治疗晚期卵巢癌的一种有效方法。Objective To investigate the clinical significance of arteria iliaca intema interventional chemotherapy in patients with advaned stage epithelial ovarian cancer by investigating the different expression of plasma TPS, CA125 before and after interventional chemotherapy. Methods We gave interventional chemotherapy infusion and embolism of arteria iliaea interna and ovarian artery to 25 advanced epithelial ovarian cancer patients. The methods of ELISA and EIA were adopted to detect the level of plasma TPS, CA125 of epithelial ovarian cancer patients before and after interventional treatment. While tes- ting plasma TPS, CA125 of 20 cases of benign epithelial ovarian tumors as control. Results The average level of TPS, CA125 was in the normal range in the group of benign cases. But the level of plasma TPS, CA125 in patients with advanced stage epithelial ovarian cancer was higher than those of benign cases （P 〈 0.05）. After interventional therapy the levels of plasma TPS, CA125 showed different degrees decline. Furthermore there was significant difference between the levels before and after interventional therapy （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions For the patients with advanced stage epithelial ovarian cancer, artery chemotherapy infusion and embolism can make the level of plasma TPS, CA125 decreased, the volume of tumor reduced and the resection rate improved. Interventional therapy is an effective method to treat advanced stage epithelial ovarian cancer.
