摘 要:利用超声波辅助化学镀方法在聚酯/聚苯胺复合织物表面均匀沉积金属铜。探讨聚苯胺的沉积条件、化学镀工艺中敏化和活化条件以及超声波辅助等条件对复合织物方阻值、增重率及结合性能等方面的影响。通过浸泡法和阳极极化法比较聚酯/聚苯胺、聚酯/铜和聚酯/聚苯胺/铜3种复合织物的耐腐蚀性能。利用扫描电镜对不同织物的表观形貌进行表征,同时探讨超声波对铜在织物表面分布的影响。结果表明,以聚苯胺作为中间导电层,可以降低金属化织物的方阻值,同时可提高金属与基质之间的结合性能以及导电复合织物的耐腐蚀性能,超声波的引入有效促进了金属粒子在复合织物表面的均匀沉积。Copper was evenly deposited on the surface of polyester/polyaniline composit fabric by electroless plating assisted with ultrasonic technology.The effects of depositing conditions of polyaniline,sensitization and activation conditions of the electroeless plating and assisting conditions of ultrasonic technology on surface resistivity,weighting percentage,and adhesive force of the composite fabrics were investigated.The corrosion resistance of polyester/polyaniline,polyester/copper and polyester/polyaniline/copper composite fabrics was compared by dipping and anodic polarization.The morphology of the samples was characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results indicated that using polyaniline as intermediate conductive layer reduces the surface resistance of the metallized fabric,enhances the adhesive force between the metal and fabric,and increases the corrosion resistance of the conductive composite fabric.Introduction of ultrasonic technology promotes even depositing of copper on the surface of composite fabrics.
