摘 要:为了研究高分子量谷蛋白亚基(HMW-GS)缺失对小麦品质的影响,以Glu-A1和Glu-D1位点HMW-GS共同缺失材料2GS0414-10作供体亲本,以弱筋小麦品种扬麦13和扬麦18作轮回亲本进行回交,构建不同遗传背景的BC1F3和BC2F3群体,测定受体、供体亲本的品质,以及回交群体BC1F3和BC2F3中Glu-A1和Glu-D1位点HMW-GS共同缺失纯合单株及两位点均正常表达纯合单株的品质。结果表明,供体2GS0414-10具有较低的SDS沉降值、较短的面团形成时间和稳定时间;在BC1F3和BC2F3中,Glu-A1和Glu-D1位点HMW-GS共同缺失对蛋白含量影响不显著,但可显著或极显著降低SDS沉降值和水溶剂保持力(SRC)。Glu-A1和Glu-D1位点HMW-GS双缺失在弱筋小麦品质育种中具有一定的应用价值。To investigate the effect of HMW-GS absence on common wheat quality,the wheat line 2GS0414-10 with double-deletion of Glu-A1 and Glu-D1 locus of HMW-GS was used as donor parent in this study.Two soft wheat varieties Yangmai 13 and Yangmai 18 were used as recurrent parents to generate BC1F3 and BC2F3 progenies.Quality test results of the receptor and donor parents,the BC1F3 and BC2F3 progenies showed that the donor 2GS0414-10 had a relatively lower SDS sedimentation value,shorter development time and stability time.Quality evaluation of the backcross progenies indicated that double-deletion of Glu-A1 and Glu-D1 locus significantly influence the SDS sedimentation value and water solvent retention capacity but the protein content.In general,the effect of double-deletion of Glu-A1 and Glu-D1 locus of HMW-GS was promising in breeding for quality improvement in soft wheat.
