企业专业化与多元化战略选择的效用比较研究

摘　　要：专业化与多元化战略本身并不具有优劣性,但只有在对自身充分了解的基础上,利用科学的筛选工具才能制定适合企业发展的战略。以效用理论为基础,从企业发展的行业要素、自身配置要素出发构建战略效用函数,通过专业化与多元化战略选择效用的比较,为企业专业化与多元化战略选择提供更加科学的依据。The specialized and diversified strategies don＇t have advantages themselves,but always can guide the enterprise＇s success.Generally,the enterprise should fully know itself and use scientific selected tool firstly,and then chooses appropriate strategy for its own development.Basing on utility theory,this paper applies the industrial factors and enterprise＇s own configuration elements to construct strategy utility function.Through comparing the utility of specialized strategy to diversified strategy,this paper provides scientific solutions for enterprise＇s strategic choice.
