摘　　要：目的:研究在单一HPLC分析条件下同时检出人参及多种常见伪品的方法。方法:选定人参伪品的特征成分,以乙腈/H_3PO_4水为流动相梯度洗脱,203nm为检测波长进行HPLC法分析。结果:利用建立的单一HPLC分析条件可同时定性鉴别人参及其4种伪品。结论:本方法对于生药及药材提取物的鉴别,具有简便、快速、灵敏、可操作性强的特点。This study aimed to establish a simultaneous analysis method for Panax ginseng and four morphological fakes by determining specific constituents. Acetonitrile/H3PO4 aqueous solution was used as the mobile phase with gradient elution. The detection wavelength was set at 203 nm in the HPLC analysis. The results showed that the established HPLC analysis can be used in the simultaneous differentiation of Panax ginseng and four common morphological fakes. It is concluded that this method is simple, sensitive and operational in the identification of herbal medicine and its extractions.
