摘  要:本研究采用排除法、对比法和追源法,在对浙江龙游某食道癌高发区的癌症发病情况系统调查的基础上,开展了涵盖地质背景、土壤理化条件、土壤地球化学以及饮用水源等多方面的调查研究工作。经调查发现,病区土壤母质为白垩纪模环凹陷湖沼相沉积物,与低发区相比,高发区土壤质地粘重,有机质含量高,饮用水中亚硝酸盐、氨氮、硝酸盐超标率达80%。进一步研究认为,土壤粘重导致井水滞留和亚硝酸盐等超标,是研究区食道癌高发的诱因,尤其是一户一井的饮水方式使病情更加严重,食道癌死亡率由饮用地表水时的50/10万上升为269/10万,远大于国家死亡标化率10.02/10万,全国罕见。In this paper,on the basis of a detailed survey of esophageal cancer,the environmental geology survey in some places of the Longyou area where esophageal cancer is of high incidence was completed by the methods of exclusion,contrast,and recourse.It is shown that the parent soil materials belong to Cretaceous limnetic facies sediments.Compared with that of low-incidence areas,the soil of high-incidence areas has more visco-heavy and higher organic matter contents.Especially,the contents of nitrite,N-NH3,N-NO-3 in the well water are higher than the standards by 80%.Further research shows that soil viscocity and heaviness cause slower water flow and higher nitrite contents in the wells,which seems to be the main cause for the high incidence of esophageal cancer in the study area.What is more,the way of drinking water supply,i.e.,one well one house,makes the situation become more serious.The mortality of esophageal cancer increases from 50/100 000 to 269/100 000,far away from the national standardized mortality of 100.02/100 000.This phenomenon is rarely seen even in the whole country.
