疏血通联合依达拉奉对急性脑梗死患者神经功能、血脂、血清C-反应蛋白及IL-6水平的影响

摘　　要：目的观察疏血通联合依达拉奉注射液对急性脑梗死患者神经功能、血脂、血清C-反应蛋白及IL-6水平的影响。方法将100例急性脑梗死患者按照随机数字表法分为两组各50例，对照组给予依达拉奉注射液30mg加入100ml生理盐水中静滴，2次／d，连用14d；治疗组在对照组基础上给予疏血通注射液6mg加入250ml生理盐水中静滴，1次，d，连用14d。治疗结束后检测患者血脂TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C，及血清C-反应蛋白、IL-6水平，并进行神经功能评分。结果与对照组比较，治疗组神经功能缺损评分明显降低（X2=4．351，P〈0．05）；血清TG、TC、LDL-C水平（X2分别为2．135，3．061，3．655，P均〈0．05）、血清C-反应蛋白水平以及IL-6水平明显下降（X2值分别为3．811，3．617，P均〈O．05）；血清HDL-C明显升高（X2=2．762，P〈0．01）。治疗组总有效率为86．0％，对照组为66．0％，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（X2=3．393，P〈0．05）。结论采用疏血通联合依达拉奉注射液治疗急性脑梗死，疗效优于单纯应用依达拉奉注射液治疗。Objective To observe effects of shuxuetong injection combined with edaravone injection on the neurological, sermn lipid, c-reactive protein and interleuldn 6 Levels in serum in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 100 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly recruited into a control group and a treatment group by means of random number table. The control group was treated with 30mg edaravone injection, which was added to 100 ml normal saline, twice a day, continuous therapy for 14 days, and the treatment group was treated with 6mg shuxuetong injection, which was added to 250 ml normal saline, once a day, continuous therapy for 14 days based on the control group. The neurological was observed, triglyceride （TG）, cholesterol （TC）, low density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C）, high density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL-C） , c-reactive protein and interleuldn 6 Levels in serum were detected before and after the treatment. Results Compared with the control group, neurological deficit score, c-reactive protein and interleukin 6 Levels in serum in the treatment group decreased significantly （23=4.351, 3.81, 3.617 respectively, P〈 0.05） .TG, TC, LDL-C in serum in the treatment group were lower than that of the control group （23=2.135, P〈0.01; 23=3.061, 3.655, P〈0.05 ）; HDL-C in serum was higher than that of the control group （23=2.762, P〈0.01） . The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 86.0% and 66.0% respectively, there was a significant difference （23=3.393, P〈0.05） . Conclusion Shuxuetong injection combined with edaravone injection is better than edaravone injection to treat acute cerebral infarction.
