摘　　要：“生本教育”实验开展十几年来，在全国各地的数百所学校的实践也取得了巨大成就。而高等师范类院校，作为培养未来教育精英的源头，对“生本教育”的研究和实验却远没有中小学校般的轰轰烈烈。那幺，如何把握教育时代脉搏，顺应教育规律，在未来教师的培养上开启生本教育先河，就成了师范类院校教师亟待解决的问题。With the experiment about ＂student-based education＂ developing, hundred of school＇ s have achieved a lot these years. However, normal colleges, as the headstream of cultivating elite of education, do not pay as much attention to the research and experiment in ＂student-based education＂ as junior schools do. Then, how to grasp the pulse of education, adapt to the lows of education and intending teachers will be a urgent problem for the normals colleges.
