湘西自治州竞技举重后备人才培养现状与制约因素

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、访谈法、调查法等研究方法对湘西州竞技举重后备人才的培养进行研究,结果表明:湘西州举重后备人才培养所获得的成绩,主要归因于教练员及培养单位的敬业;地方政府重视和政策执行有力。另外,在"冠军效应"的带动下,学生家长和社会支持度高,培养单位生源数量有保障,但是质量呈下降态势;教练员学历和能力不相称,举重后备人才培养工作仍处于政府单一承办的现状。研究还指出:"基本物资条件缺乏"、"学训"矛盾等因素是制约湘西州竞技举重后备人才培养发展的主要因素;选材难度大、就业出路难是后备人才培养可持续发展的瓶颈。并针对这些现状与制约因素提出一些建议和对策。The paper uses the literature,interviews,surveys and other research methods of competitive weightlifting researching on reserve talents in Xiangxi.The results show： The achievement of Reserve Talents of competitive weightlifting in Xiangxi,mainly due to the dedicated coaches and the training units;local government attention and effective policy implementation.In addition,the ＂champion effect＂,led by parents and community to support the high number of students secure training unit,but the quality downward trend;coaches commensurate with qualifications and ability,weightlifting Talented single contractor is still in the Government the status quo.The study also pointed out： ＂the lack of basic material conditions＂,or ＂training school＂ contradictions are major factors restricting the development of Reserve Talents of competitive weightlifting in Xiangxi;the difficulties of selection and employment opportunities are the bottleneck of sustainable development of reserve talents in Xiangxi.Based these results,some suggestions and countermeasures were offered.
