广西高职院校与东盟"10+1"合作办学研究——从课程体系建设与教学改革的视角

摘  要:2003年3月1日《中华人民共和国中外合作办学条例》颁布至今,我国中外合作办学走上了法制化办学的轨道。在大力推行工学结合、强化职业能力培养作为加强专业内涵建设背景下,本文试从“跨国工学结合”人才培养模式下、课程体系建设与教学改革的视角,通过对全国首批28所国家示范性高等职业院校之一的南宁职业技术学院与东盟“10+1”合作办学的案例分析,在北部湾经济区域特定背景下,面向东盟“10+1”重构国内外办学的理念、模式、举措及相关问题思考。Ever since the issue of "Regulations of the People' s Republic of China on Chinese-Foreign Cooperation in Running Schools", our country' s Chinese-foreign cooperation in running school has been tracing the track of running the schools on the legal basis. This article lays it very root on the environment of improving the construction of the professional content by promoting applying study to work and strengthening the cultivation of professional competences. From the perspective of the construction of Course system and educational reform under the model of "applying study to work internationally" , we are urging to reconstruct the concept, model, move and the related considerations of the international cooperation in school running, especially within the circumstance of Beibu Gulf Economic Zone and dealing with the "10+1" ASEAN. Our arguments are grounded on the case analysis of the cooperation running between "10+1" ASEAN and Nanning College for Vocational Technology, one of the Chinese first 28 national model higher vocational schools.
