摘　　要：本文针对某厂的现实情况,论述了对该厂MIS系统进行重构和提升的必要性,提出了流程性ERP管理模式的要点,推荐了开发Internet/Intranet网上ERP系统的软件平台及配套工具。According to the actual situations of a certain factory,this paper discusses the necessity of reconfiguration and upgrading of the MIS system in that factory. It gives out the keypoints of the flowing ERP management modes and recommends the software platform and its tools for the development of the online ERP system on Internet/Intranet.
