摘　　要：肿瘤的生长和转移依赖新生血管所提供的氧和营养物质，在无新生血管生成时，肿瘤的生长明显受抑制。目前，以抗血管生成为目的的肿瘤治疗策略已成为国内外关注和研究的焦点，但由于肿瘤血管生成的复杂性，单独抗血管生成临床疗效并不理想，联合放射治疗可以起到协同作用。The growth and metastasis of tumor relies on oxygen and nutrients provided by neonatal blood vessel. When no angiogenesis, the tumor growth will be obviously inhibited. At present, anti-tumor angiogenesis strategies are increasingly becoming a focus of attention and study at home and abroad. However, because of the complexity of the antiangiogenesis, the clinical effects of antiangiogenesis alone is not so satisfied, while this is reversed when combined with radiotherapy.
