摘  要:目的:检测食管鳞状细胞癌(ESCC)组织中缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)和水通道蛋白1(AQP1)蛋白的表达。方法:应用免疫组化SP法检测62例ESCC及其相应正常食管黏膜组织中HIF-1α和AQP1蛋白的表达。结果:ESCC组织中HIF-1α蛋白阳性表达率为80.6%(50/62),高于正常食管黏膜组织中的19.4%(12/62)(χ2=30.083,P<0.001),并与ESCC组织学分级、TNM分期和淋巴结转移有关(χ2=9.939、6.681和5.787,P均<0.05);ESCC组织中AQP1蛋白阳性表达率为61.3%(38/62),高于正常食管黏膜组织中的38.7%(24/62)(χ2=4.900,P=0.029),与ESCC组织学分级、TNM分期和淋巴结转移有关(χ2=9.102、9.836和8.020,P均<0.05);ESCC组织中HIF-1α与AQP1蛋白的表达有关联(rP=0.292,P=0.016)。结论:高表达的HIF-1α和AQP1与ES-CC的发生发展有关。Aim:To investigate the significance of hypoxia-inducible factor(HIF)-1α and aquaporin(AQP) 1 proteins expression in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC) tissue.Methods:The expressions of HIF-1α and AQP1 in 62 samples of ESCC and the corresponding normal esophageal mucosal epithelium tissue were assessed using immunohistochemistry method.Results:The positive expression rates of HIF-1α and AQP1 were 80.6%(50/62) and 61.3%(38/62) in ESCC tissue,and 19.4%(12/62) and 38.7%(24/62) in the normal esophageal mucosa epithelium tissue.The positive expression rates of HIF-1α and AQP1 in ESCC tissue were higher than those in the normal tissue(χ2=30.083,4.900,P0.05).The expression of HIF-1α was associated with the tumor histological grade,TNM classification and lymph node metastasis of ESCC(χ2=9.939,6.681,5.787,P0.05),and so was AQP1(χ2=9.102,9.836,8.020,P0.05).The expression of HIF-1α was associated with the expression of AQP1(rP=0.292,P=0.016) in ESCC tissue.Conclusion: The over-expression of HIF-1α and AQP1 may be involved in carcinogenesis and development of ESCC.
