摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺癌组织内淋巴管密度(LVD)与血管内皮生长因子受体-3(VEGFR-3)的相关性。方法收集衡水市哈励逊国际和平医院2006-2009年乳腺癌患者标本40例,10例正常乳腺组织标本;采用酶组织化学双重染色法,对上述标本的LVD进行检测。同时采用免疫组化SP法检测VEGFR-3的表达。结果乳腺癌组织的LVD、VEGFR-3表达明显高于对照组。乳腺癌淋巴结转移阳性组LVD、VEGFR-3表达明显高于阴性组。结论乳腺癌组织中LVD与VEGFR-3的表达促进乳腺癌淋巴结的转移。Objective To investigate the relationship between VEGFR-3 and lymphatic vessel density（LVD） in breast cancer.Methods The breast tissue section of 40 cases of breast cancer,10 cases of normal breast,was performed with enzyme-histochemic double staining to distinguish lymphatic vessels from blood vessels.Immunohistochemical SP method was adopted in detecting VEGFR-3 protein expressions in 50 cases.Results The poxitive rate and degree of VEGFR-3 and LVD expressions in breast cancer were significantly higher than those in the control group.VEGFR-3 and LVD were conspicuously higher in lunph node positive group than in lymph node negative group.Conclusions The expressions of VEGFR-3 and LVD were higher in breast cancer and they promoted lymph node metastasis.
