抗病毒Ⅰ号眼液配合西药治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察抗病毒Ⅰ号眼液超声雾化配合西药滴眼治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎的临床疗效。方法 :将 6 6例 (72只眼 )患者分为两组 ,治疗组 3 5例 (3 8只眼 ) ,对照组3 1例 (3 4只眼 ) ,两组同时予 0 1 %无环鸟苷眼液、0 2 5%氯霉素眼液滴眼 ,治疗组加抗病毒Ⅰ号眼液行患眼超声雾化 ,观察两组的疗效、平均疗程及复发率。结果 :治愈率治疗组86 84 % ,对照组 6 1 77% ,两组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5) ;平均疗程治疗组 8 91±0 3 5天 ,对照组 1 2 2 4± 0 3 8天 ,两组比较无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5) ;复发率治疗组1 5 3 8% ,对照组 4 6 6 7% 结论 :抗病毒Ⅰ号眼液超声雾化配合 0 1 %无环鸟苷眼液及0 2 5%氯霉素眼液滴眼治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎在提高临床治愈率方面优于单纯用西药滴眼治疗 ,且具有降低复发率的趋势。Purpose: To observe the clinical effects of the ultrasonic spay with antiviral ophthalmic solution No.1(AOS No 1) and eye drip of Western Medicine on herpes simplex viral keratitis. Methods: 66 cases (72 eyes) were divided into 2 groups with 35 cases (38 eyes) in the treatment group and 31 cases(34 eyes) in the control group. Both groups were given the eye drip with 0.1% Ocustillaaciccoviri and 0.25% Chloramphenicol Eye Drops. But the treatment group was added with the ultrasonic spray of AOS No 1. The observations were made on the curative effects, the mean course of treatment and recurrence rate. Results: A significant difference was shown between the groups (P<0 05) with the 86 84% cure rate in the treatment group and 61 77% in the control group. For the average treatment course, 8.91±0.35 days were needed for the treatment group, while 12 24±0 38 days for the control group with no obvious difference (P>0 05). The recurrence rate in the treatment group and the control group reached 15.38 % and 46.67% respectively. Conclusions: Higher cure rate can be achieved through the application of ultrasonic spray of AOS No 1, the eye drip of 0 1% Ocustillaaciccoviri Drops and 0.25% Chloramphenicol Eye Drops in the treatment of herpes simplex viral karatitis with lower recurrence rate.
