摘　　要：在扩招和服务理念升级背景下,为应对图书馆流通部工作量上升和工作难度加大这一现实情况,重构图书馆的馆员制度体系是非常及时和必要的。根据国内外高校的实践和探索,结合陕西科技大学图书馆流通部现状,提出了引入弹性工作制和学生馆员制度的建议,并对引入学生馆员后出现的问题进行了理论探讨。Under the background of enrollment expansion and upgrade of service concept,in order to deal with the increase of workload and difficulty of library＇s circulation department,it is very timely and necessary to reconstruct the librarian system.According to the practices and explorations of some colleges and universities in China and foreign countries,and connecting with the current situation of the circulation department of Shaanxi University of Science Technology,this paper puts forward the suggestion on introducing flexible schedule and student librarian system into the library,and makes the theoretical discussion on some problems occurring after introducing the student librarian.
