广州市流浪精神病患者不同护送方式入院的临床对照研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨广州市不同部门护送入院的流浪精神病患者的临床表现的差异。方法:用自编《流浪精神病人般情况调查表》对2010年6月1日～2010年12月31日收治的流浪精神病人进行回顾性研究,按护送入院的部门分为公安组和民政组,各组随机抽取200例病人进行对照研究。结果:两组病人在发现方式、入院表现、既往精神病史、伴躯体疾病、住院时间、出院方式等方面有明显差异(P<0·01)。结论:不同护送部门入院的流浪精神病患者临床表现有差异。Objective：To explore the differences of clinical feature of wandering mental disorder according to their form of hospitalization in Guangzhou. Methods：400 patients wandering mental disorder in - patients wbo were taken to our hospital from 1 June 2010 to 31 December 2010 were reviewed and analyzed, Using self - edit （ general condition survey inventory of wandering mental disorder in - patients）. They were divided into two groups according to their form of hospitalization： the public security group and the Civil administration group. Results： Two groups of patients in hospital found way, performance, and always history of mental illness, with body disease, length of hospital stay, discharge pattern, etc have obvious difference （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions： The clinical manifestation of patients according to their form of hospitalization should have differences. The managemen of wandering mental disorder patients are serious problem, we suggest increase government spendlug,unified management department was established, from the source reduce mental patient flow into the society, standardize work process, security patient rights and promote social harmony.
