摘　　要：口腔颌面外科在我国已经有将近有50佘年的历史,发展比较迅速。比如对口腔颌面部手术切除后缺损进行游离组织移植整复、唇腭裂畸形和颞下颌关节疾病治疗已经达到甚至超过世界先进水平。但是这些发展对麻醉学科提出更高的要求,推动了相关麻醉学科的发展。现本文就口腔颌面外科麻醉的分析作一综述。Summary The oral and maxillofacial surgery surgical department already had nearly 50 remaining years of life histories in our country, and develops rapidly. For instance, after oral and maxillofacial surgery face excision for carrying on the dissociation histological transplantation reduction, the chilopalatognathus and temporomandibular joint. But these developments also to propose a higher request of anesthesia, and it promotes the related anesthesia discipline development. This article makes a summary on the process of anesthesia for oral and maxillofacial surgery.
