原发性心脏肿瘤的彩超诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声心动图对原发性心脏肿瘤的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析经手术病理证实的37例原发性心脏肿瘤的彩超特征。结果:37例心脏及心包肿瘤全部检出,良性肿块31例,恶性肿块6例。恶性肿瘤可侵袭邻近心肌组织及心包。结论:彩超可检出心脏肿瘤,对其性质判定具有一定价值,并能评价肿瘤所致血液动力学改变。Objective：To evaluate the role of color Doppler echocardiography in diagnosis of primary cardiac tumors. Methods： 37 cases of primary cardiac tumors that were proven by operation and pathology were analyzed with a retrospective method. Result： With color Doppler echocardiography 29 cases with endocardial myxomas correctly diagnosed. 31 cases are benign,while 6 cases are malignant. Conclusion： color Doppler echocardiography has important role in diagnosis of primary cardiac tumors. It can also make differential diagnosis initially between benign and malignant tumors.
