玻璃纤维根管桩内固定治疗前牙根折临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨玻璃纤维根管桩内固定治疗前牙根折的临床效果。方法选择2008年2月至2010年2月于创伤后24h至10d来淄博市中心医院口腔科就诊的前牙根折或冠根联合折患者28例(36颗患牙)。患牙经初步外固定及一次法根管治疗7d后,行高强度玻璃纤维根管桩根管内固定,使牙根两断端重新连接,冠完好者自体冠再黏结,冠折裂者行烤瓷冠修复。结果术后随访2年,28例患者36颗患牙中,成功26例34颗牙,成功率94.4%。结论采用高强度玻璃纤维根管桩内固定治疗创伤性前牙根折是一种快速、有效的新技术,值得应用推广。Objective To discuss clinical effect of fibrous glass root canal dowel internal fixation in the treatment for anterior tooth root fracture. Methods A total of 36 teeth from 28 patients with anterior tooth traumatic root fold or united fold,who visited Zibo Central Hospital 24 hours to 10 days after trauma,were selected. The teeth was treated by primary external fixation and single meal method root canal therapy. Seven days later,high intensity fibrous glass root canal dowel internal fixation was performed,to religate the broken ends. Results After operation the patients were followed up for 2 years,out of 34 teeth of 26 cases from 36 teeth of 28 cases were successful,success rate being 94.4%. Conclusion It is a kind of quick and available new technology to treat anterior teeth root fold to use high intensity fibrous glass balsam root canal dowel in the fixation of root canal,which deserves application and generalization.
