2009年南阳市卧龙区流动儿童基础免疫接种率调查

摘　　要：[目的]了解流动儿童的免疫接种率及其影响因素,为制定有效的干预措施提供依据。[方法]2009年12月,对南阳市卧龙区流动儿童进行基础免疫接种率调查。[结果]调查1-4岁流动儿童840名,建证率为88.21%,建卡率为88.21%;卡介苗、乙肝疫苗、脊灰疫苗、百白破混合制剂、麻疹疫苗接种率分别为86.90%、87.86%、85.83%、84.05%、87.50%,＂五苗＂全程接种率为82.86%。上述指标均有随着年龄增长而降低的趋势,居住在乡镇的低于居住在城区的,家长文化程度高者高于文化程度低,家长免疫知识知晓率高者高于知晓率低的,家庭收入高的高于家庭收入低的（P〈0.05）。[结论]卧龙区流动儿童基础免疫中各种疫苗的接种率均较低。[Objective]To understand the coverage rate of immunization and its affecting factors among floating children,so as to provide basis for making effective interventions.[Methods]A survey was made on basic immunization coverage rate among floating children in Wolong district,Nanyang city,in December 2009.[Results]Of 840 floating children aged from 1 to 4 years old surveyed,the rate of establishing vaccination certificates for floating children was 88.21%.The rate of establishing vaccination cards for floating children was 88.21%.The qualified coverage rates of BCG,HBV,OPV,DPT,MV were 86.90%,87.86%,85.83%,84.05%,87.50%.The qualified coverage rate of the 5 vaccines was 82.86%（P〈0.05）.The indexes above decreased with age,people living in towns lower than living in the cities,parents with higher educational level,immunization knowledge awareness and higher wage higher than the lower one.[Conclusion]The coverage rates of various kinds of vaccines of floating children are low in Wolong district.
