摘 要:目的探讨6种消毒方法对石膏模型表面硬度的影响。方法制作50mm×10mm×5mm长方体普通和超硬石膏模型采用^(60)Co-γ辐射、紫外线照射、高压蒸汽、微波、甲醛熏蒸、戊二醛浸泡消毒后测定各组的表面硬度。结果 ^(60)Co-γ辐射、紫外线照射、甲醛熏蒸消毒后2类石膏的表面硬度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。高压蒸汽、微波灭菌;或戊二醛浸泡消毒后表面硬度差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论高压蒸汽灭菌后普通和超硬石膏模型表面硬度明显降低,戊二醛浸泡消毒后表面硬度下降。微波灭菌后表面硬度增强,其他消毒方法对2类模型的表面硬度无显著影响。Objective To study the influence of six different disinfection methods on the surface hardness of gypsum models. Methods The standard cuboid (50mm x 10ram x 5mm) common gypsum models and die - stone models were made and disinfected by six methods , which were ^60Co-γirradiation sterilization,ultraviolet exposure, high pressure vapor sterilization , microwave sterilization, formaldehyde fumigation and glutaraldehyde immersion respectively. After disinfection, the surface hardness of models were tested. Results After disinfected by ^60Co-γ irradiation sterilization, ultraviolet exposure and formaldehyde fumigation, both types of models showed no significant difference on the surface hardness ( P 〉 0.05 ) ; After disinfected by high pressure vapor sterilization, microwave sterilization and glutaraldehyde immersion, both types of models showed greatly significant difference on the surface hardness( P 〈 0.01, P 〈0.05 ). Conclusion Disinfection by the high pressure vapor could decrease surface hardness of gypsum models and die - stone models significantly. Disinfection by glutaraldehyde immersion could decrease the surface hardness, while disinfection by microwave sterilization could increase the surface hardness, and other disinfection methods showed no change on the surface hardness.
