凝血因子Ⅱ mRNA在人肝细胞癌中表达与临床指标的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨凝血因子Ⅱ mRNA在人肝细胞癌(HCC)组织中的表达及其与HCC临床指标的关系。方法用荧光定量PCR技术检测55例HCC患者凝血因子Ⅱ mRNA的表达,分析目的基因表达量与临床病理指标之间的关系。结果 55例HCC中凝血因子Ⅱ mRNA的相对表达量为(1.184±0.535),凝血因子Ⅱ mRNA在癌组织与癌旁组织表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而高于正常组织中的表达量(P<0.05)。凝血因子Ⅱ mRNA相对表达量与AFP、术后复发显著相关(P<0.05),与肿瘤大小、肝硬化等无相关性(P>0.05)。凝血因子Ⅱ mRNA高表达的患者术后中位生存时间明显短于低表达患者。结论凝血因子ⅡmRNA有可能成为HCC患者术后复发的预测指标。Objective To investigate the relationship between coagulation factor Ⅱ mRNA expression in HCC patients and the prognosis of HCC.Methods The coagulation factor Ⅱ mRNA in 55 cases of HCC tissues were detected by real-time reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction.Results The expression level of coagulation factor Ⅱ gene in HCC tissues were 1.184±0.535.coagulation factor Ⅱ mRNA expression level in HCC tissues were close to peficancerous tissues（P0.05）,but different to normal trissues（P0.05）.The expression of coagulation factor Ⅱ gene closely associated with some clinical and pathological findings such asAFP and recurrence（P0.05）,but did not associated with tumor size and cirrhosis and so on（P0.05）.The median survival time of patients with high expression of coagulation factor Ⅱ longer than that of patients with low expression（P0.05）.Conclusion The expression of coagulation factor Ⅱ in HCC tissues an be regarded as a valuable indicator in estimating the prognosis of recurrence HCC patients.
