IGFBP-3、ER、PR在子宫肌瘤中表达的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-3(IGFBP-3)、雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)与子宫肌瘤的关系。方法子宫肌瘤患者38例(肌瘤组),正常妇女32例(对照组),分别采用酶联免疫吸附法、化学发光免疫法检测血清IGFBP-3、雌激素(E2)、孕激素(P)浓度,用免疫组化法检测子宫肌瘤患者子宫肌层和子宫肌瘤组织中的IGFBP-3、ER、PR的表达。结果肌瘤组患者血清IGFBP-3浓度低于对照组(P<0.05),E2、P浓度两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);IGFBP-3在肌瘤组织中表达较肌层组织中表达减弱(P<0.05);ER、PR在肌瘤组织中表达较肌层组织中表达增强(P<0.05);IGFBP-3与ER表达变化趋势呈负相关(P<0.05);肌瘤组血清IGFBP-3浓度与IGFBP-3在子宫肌瘤组织中表达强度呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论子宫肌瘤患者血清及肌瘤组织中IGFBP-3水平均降低,ER、PR在肌瘤组织中表达较肌层组织中表达增强,推测IGFBP-3表达的下降、雌激素受体与孕激素受体水平的升高与子宫肌瘤的发生有关,调控IGFBP-3、ER、PR水平有可能成为子宫肌瘤病因学治疗的研究方向。Objective To explore the relationship between insulin-like growth factor binding protein-3（IGFBP-3）,estrogen receptor（ER）,progesterone receptor（PR） and hysteromyoma.Methods The IGFBP-3,ER,PR in the serumof 38 patients with hysteromyoma and 32 healthy women were detected by enzyme linked immonosorbent assay（ELISA） and chemiluminescent immunoassays respectively,the expressions of IGFBP-3,ER and PR in leiomyomatissue and myometrium 38 patients with hysteromyoma after hysterectomy were detected by immunohistochemistry.Results The serum level of IGFBP-3 was significantly lower than that of healthy controls（P0.05）,while the serum levels of ER and PR showed no difference.The IGFBP-3 expression in leiomyoma tissue was lower than that of myometrium（P0.05）.However,the expression of ER and PR in leiomyoma were both significantly higher than that of myometrium（P0.05）.There was a negative correlation between IGFBP-3 and ER in leiomyoma tissue（P0.05） and there wasa positive correlation between the concentration of IGFBP-3 in serum and its intensity of expression in leiomyoma tissue（P0.05）.Conclusion Low expression of IGFBP-3 and the overexpression of ER and PR in hysteromyoma may becorrelated with the occurrence and development of hysteromyoma.Regulation of IGFBP-3,ER and PR may become the research direction of etiological treatment in hysteromyoma.
