复方鳖甲软肝片联合恩替卡韦治疗乙肝后肝硬化疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察复方鳖甲软肝片联合恩替卡韦治疗乙肝后肝硬化的疗效。方法:76例随机分为两组,两组均采用常规综合治疗,对照组36例加服恩替卡韦,治疗组40例在与对照组治疗相同的基础上加服复方鳖甲软肝片,治疗48周。结果:两组治疗后肝功能、HBV-DNA和血清肝纤维化指标均有改善(P<0.01或P<0.05),但治疗组肝功能及血清肝纤维化指标改善优于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:复方鳖甲软肝片联合恩替卡韦治疗乙肝后肝硬化效果较好。Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect on liver cirrhosis due toHBV treated by Compound B iejiaruangan Tablets combined with entecavir.Method： 76 caseswere d ivided into two groups random ly.The routine comprehensive treatmentwas carried out in both groups.36 cases were given entecavir add itionally as the control group while 40 cases were given Compound B iejiaruangan Tablets add itionally based on the same treatment of the control group as the study group.Both groups were treated for 48 weeks.Result： After the treatment,the liver function,HBV-DNA and serum liver fibrosis indexes of both groups were improved（P〈0.01 orP〈0.05）,but the improvement of the liver function and serum liver fibrosis indexes of the study group was superior to that of the control group（P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Compound B iejiaruangan Tablets combined with entecavir has good effect on liver cirrhosis due toHBV.
