摘　　要：强光照射时,CCD图像传感器摄取的图像中会出现光晕(blooming)和弥散(smear)现象,严重影响成像质量。文章介绍了一种能够抑制这些光晕现象的抗晕CCD,详细阐述了其抗晕结构的设计和制作方法,采用该方法制作的CCD能够达到500倍的抗晕能力。Blooming and smear signals will be generated on the charge coupled device（CCD） image sensor under the illumination of highlight,and the signals will lower the image quality seriously.In this paper,an anti-looming structure to depress the blooming and smear signals is proposed,and the design and fabrication are introduced in detail.The anti-blooming ability of CCD with this structure is improved by 500 times.
