摘　　要：发展教育必须要与时俱进，要伴随社会发展的总体进程，转换发展方式。“一人双岗”的推出就是要树立城乡一盘棋的总体思想。实行“一人双岗”，双重任职，旨在均衡，实现优质。此项工作是一个点，一个展示窗口，意义在于整体带动用人机制、教师队伍建设，实现以人促事业发展的良性运转，以“用人机制”促城乡教育均衡发展事业的良性发展。发挥城市辐射带动优势和城乡之间的关联优势，使城乡资源共享，共赢共荣。Development of education must advance with the times. Accompanying with the overall process of social development, the development mode should be changed. ＂One person with double pest＂ is to establish an idea of urban and rural combining together. Implementation of ＂one person with double post＂, the dual representation, designed to balance and achieve good quality. This work is a point, a display window, whose significance is to raise employment system and the construction of teachers, promote a beneficial environment with people and career. Make ＂employment system＂to promote the balanced development of urban and rural education, leading the city to play the advantages of the relationship between urban and rural areas, make urban and rural share resources, carry out win-win situation and common prosperity.
