摘  要:目的:通过体外培养涎腺导管癌细胞,为进一步研究治疗涎腺导管癌奠定基础。方法:对原发于腮腺部位的导管癌进行体外培养。观察细胞生长状况,并通过HE染色、流式细胞术(FCM)及免疫细胞化学检测细胞内细胞角蛋白(CK)、巨囊性病液体蛋白(GCDFP-15)、雄激素受体(AR)特异性抗原标记物的表达,对涎腺导管癌进行形态学检查和鉴定。结果:涎腺导管癌体外培养细胞呈多边形,不规则,有突起,异倍体明显。细胞的生长曲线有明显快速生长期。肿瘤性细胞CK、GCDFP-15、AR阳性表达。结论:涎腺导管癌细胞与原发肿瘤的组织学特征相似。Objective: To cultivate the salivary duct carcinoma(SDC) cell in vitro so as to facilitate forward studying and treating of SDC.Methods: The sample was obtained from a female patient with primary duct carcinoma in parotid gland.We observed the morphologic features of SDC cells and identified SDC cells by using HE staining,FCM and immunocytochemistry staining including cytokeratin(CK),GCDFP-15 and androgen receptor(AR) respectively.Results: HE staining showed that SDC cells were polygonal shapes,irregular evection and obvious polyploid in vitro.FMC showed that the growth curve had a quick growth phase.Immunocytochemistry staining indicated that the antibody CK,GCDFP-15 and AR was labelled in the SDC cells.Conclusion: The infinite cell of salivary duct carcinoma had been established,and it maintained the properties of primary SDC cells.
