摘 要:目的:研究血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)在涎腺腺样囊性癌中的表达,探讨其与临床病理因素的关系。方法:采用SABC免疫组织化学染色方法检测32例涎腺腺样囊性癌(salivary ade-noid eystic carcinoma,SACC)中VEGF的表达和病灶微血管密度(microvessel density,MVD)记数,采用SPSS13.0软件行统计分析。结果:62.5%SACC组织呈VEGF阳性表达。VEGF表达阳性的SACC组织MVD显著高于VEGF表达阴性者(P<0.05)。VEGF表达与肿瘤病理类型、淋巴结转移、肿瘤部位及临床分期密切相关。结论:VEGF是SACC主要的新生血管诱导因子之一,可促进SACC的血管生成,VEGF可做为SACC预后的一个有效指标,用于识别高危转移和不良预后者。Objective: To evaluate the clinical significance of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) expression in salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma(SACC).Methods: Immunohistochemical staining(SP) was used to quantify VEGF and CD34 expression in specimens from 32 patients with SACC.SPSS13.0 statistical software was used.Results: VEGF expression was observed in 20 of the patients(62.5%).The microvessel count was significantly higher(P0.05) in the SACC with VEGF expression than in the SACC without it.In the clinicopathologic factors,pathology category(P0.05),lymph node metastasis(P0.05),tumor position(P0.01),clinicopathologic stage(P0.05) were significantly correlated with VEGF positive expression.Conclusion: This study indicates that VEGF expression is associated with angiogenesis,VEGF is one of the main angiogenic factors for SACC.Quantification of VEGF in SACC may provide a valuable marker for a prognosis of patients with SACC.
