P糖蛋白与Survivin在喉鳞癌中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨P糖蛋白、Survivin在喉鳞癌及喉黏膜正常上皮中的表达差异;两者在喉鳞癌中的表达与临床病理特征的关系;两者表达间的相关性。方法应用免疫组化染色技术检测P糖蛋白和Survivin在86例喉鳞癌及32例喉黏膜正常上皮组织中的表达。结果 P糖蛋白及Survivin在喉鳞癌组织中阳性表达率均高于喉黏膜正常上皮组织(P<0.05);喉鳞癌组织中P糖蛋白、Survivin阳性表达率与肿瘤临床分期、组织学分级、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05);P糖蛋白与Survivin在表达水平上呈正相关(r=0.411,P<0.01)。结论 P糖蛋白和Survivin的高表达可能在喉鳞癌病情进展中起一定作用,均可作为评估喉鳞癌临床病理特征的有效生物学标志。Objective To investigate the expressions of P-gp and Survivin in human laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma（LSCC） and normal laryngeal mucosa, and analyze their relationship with clinical pathological features. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to assess the expressions of P-gp and Survivin in 86 specimens of LSCC and 32 normal tissues.Results P-gp protein expressed in cell membrane and / or cytoplasmic of LSCC. Survivin protein expression was in the nucleus and / or cytoplasm. The positive expression rates of Survivin and P-gp in LSCC were 60.5% （52/86）, 39.5% （34/86）, respectively. However, the positive expression rates in normal laryngeal mucosa epithelium were 12.5%（4/32）and 3.1%（1/32）.The difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The positive expression rates of Survivin and P-gp were correlated with TNM stage, histological grade and lymph node metastasis （P〈0.05）. There was positive correlation between both expressions of Survivin and P-gp（r=0.411, P〈0.01）. Conclusions Aberrant expression of Survivin and P-gp may play an important role in the progression of laryngeal carcinoma. P-gp and Survivin may be two potential biomarkers for assessing the clinicopathological features of LSCC.
