凌蔻导浊排毒方对胃溃疡大鼠胃组织SOD及PGE2含量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨凌蔻导浊排毒方对动物实验性胃溃疡的作用及其机制。方法:按随机数字表把40只大鼠随机分成A(空白)组、B(模型)组、C(治疗)组、D(对照)组,每组10只,除空白组外,其余各组采用冰醋酸腐蚀法造模。造模后A、B两组给生理盐水,C组给凌蔻导浊排毒方,D组给奥美拉唑,均通过灌胃途径给药。测定胃组织SOD活性及PGE2的含量。结果:凌蔻导浊排毒方与奥美拉唑比较(P<0.05),能明显提高SOD和PGE2的含量。结论:凌蔻导浊排毒方可通过提高SOD活性以及PGE2的含量的机制保护胃黏膜,促进溃疡恢复。Objective：Discussing the effect of LingKouDaoZhuoPaiDu prescription to gastric ulcer rats and their mechanism.Methods Randoming divided 40 rats into the A（blank space）group,B（model）group,C（treatment）group,D（control）group according to random digital watch besides the group,each group of 10,except the blank space group,the others adopt the glacial acetic acid etch to make gastriculcer model.A,B give normal saline,C was led the confused row poisoning method by LingKou set,D gives oersted US to pull an azole set,approach gived medicine without exception by irrigating the stomach.Determining stomach organization SOD activity and the contents of PGE2.Results：Comparing LingKouDaoZhuoPaiDu prescripti with Omeprazole（P0.05）,and being able to improve SOD and PGE2 obviously.Conclusion：LingKouDaoZhuoPaiDu can enhance the activeness of SOD as well as the content of PGE2,the mechanism it to protect gastric mucosa and promote ulcer to restore.
