摘　　要：将基于简单随机样本的抽样分布定理，推广到异方差样本和常相关样本的情形，为研究非简单随机样本的统计推断理论与应用作基础。In this paper,the sampling distribution theory based on simple random sample is extended to the case for heteroscedasticity and constant correlation sample, which has set up the basis for studying the statistical inference theory and application of non simple random sample.
