紫草素促进化疗药物渗漏局部皮肤组织损伤愈合的实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察紫草素对化疗药物渗漏局部皮肤组织损伤愈合的促进作用。方法 SD雄性大鼠皮下注射盐酸阿霉素造成化疗药物渗漏局部皮肤组织损伤模型,分为未处理组、喜辽妥阳性对照组、紫草素实验组,每组15只。造模30m in后进行相应干预,未处理组不做任何处理,其他组用相应药物在损伤处涂擦。外敷面积直径为15-20mm,均匀涂满为度。每日外敷2次,连续用药3周。观测大鼠局部损伤皮肤组织肿胀消退指数、瘀斑发生率、瘢痕脱离率;光镜观察并分析炎细胞浸润、水肿、坏死、出血、血栓以及纤维组织增生等病理表现。结果与未处理组及喜辽妥组比较,紫草素组大鼠背部皮损浅红、轻度水肿、溃疡较小,且水肿消退时间较短,肿胀消退指数升高,瘢痕发生率降低而其脱落率升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);病理组织切片显示弥散性炎细胞浸润,表皮完好。结论紫草素对化疗药物渗漏局部皮肤组织损伤愈合具有明显的促进作用。Objective To investigate the effects of shikonin on post-chemotherapeutic regional skin lesion.Methods Skin lesion model of chemotherapy was made by subcutaneous injection of hydrochloric acid doxorubicin in male SD rats.The rats were then divided into normal group,control group and experimental group,15 rats in one group.Intervention was conducted 30 minutes after model establishment;the normal group received no management,and the other two groups were given corresponding drugs on the regional skin with an area of 15-20mm in diameter,twice daily for three weeks.The regional skin swelling index,ecchymosis incidence and scar formation rate were observed;the inflammatory cell,edema,necrosis,hemorrhage,thrombosis and fibre hyperplasia were observed with light microscopy.Results Compared with normal and control groups,in the experiment group the skin lesions on rats back were of light redness,mild edema,smaller ulcers,and the time of edema elimination was shorter,the swelling index was higher,the incidence of scar was reduced,and the scar drop rate was higher（P〈0.05）;histopathologically,inflammatory cell infiltration was diffuse and skin remained well.Conclusion Shikonin helps healing post-chemotherapic skin lesions.
