摘　　要：硬脑膜动静脉瘘是较常见的颅内动静脉畸形,脑血管造影可以及时准确的诊断,并显示其供血动脉,引流静脉,瘘口的位置,血流情况。为进一步选择治疗方案奠定基础。本文主要探讨硬脑膜动静脉瘘介入治疗的研究进展。介绍Onyx在治疗硬脑膜动静脉瘘中的应用,疗效,注意事项。Onyx是目前较理想治疗脑动静脉畸形的栓塞材料。Dural arteriovenous fistula is the common intracranial arteriovenous fistula,Cerebral Artery angiography can diagnose it timely and accurat,and display its feeding arteries,draining Veins,the location of fistula,blood flow,and chose the best treatment.In this paper,we main eva-Luate the progress of interventional treatment with DAVF.introduce the methods and clinical eff-Icacy of embolization therapy for DAVF with Onyx.Onyx is the ideal embolism to DAVF and theClinical efficacy is definited.
