数字减影三维成像技术对颅内血管疾病介入诊疗的意义分析

摘　　要：目的探讨数字减影三维成像技术对颅内血管疾病检查和介入治疗的意义。方法通过对103例颅内血管进行数字减影血管成像和旋转三维数字成像,然后将颅内不同血管病变的图像在GE ADW4.4工作站进行处理与显示。结果 103例数字减影成像中,84例进行旋转三维成像,在指导介入治疗手术方面起到了导航作用,使介入治疗得以顺利完成。结论使用数字减影加旋转三维技术成像,能提高对颅内疾病检查准确率,还可显示出血管全貌以及各种影像表现,并可为血管介入治疗提供强有力的依据。Objective To assess the value of three-dimensional（3-D） digital subtraction imaging in the intervention therapy of intracranial vascular disease.Methods 103 patients with intracranial vascular disease were performed cerebrovascular digital substraction angiography（DSA） and spiral 3-D imaging before or during interventional therapy,then the images were managed and displayed in the GE-ADW4.4 workstation.Results The DSA 3-D imaging were finished in 84 cases and this imaging technique had remarkably navigated and guaranteed the interventional therapy to various intracranial vascular disease.Conclusion The technique of DSA 3-D imaging played an important role in increasing the diagnostic accuracy and guiding the interventional therapy on various intracranial vascular disease.
