摘  要:探讨神经生长因子(NGF)的脑保护作用及临床意义。采用大鼠脑缺血再灌注(MCAO)模型,选取健康成年SD大鼠55只,随机分为假手术组(n=5)、对照组(n=30),NGF组(n=10)和生理盐水对照组(n=10)进行造模,应用免疫组化方法检测TGF-β1和IL-1β的表达。可见NGF组神经功能障碍明显减轻,TGF-β1表达量增多,IL-1β的表达量减少(P(0.01)。肌注NGF对脑缺血再灌注有明显的保护作用,NGF在临床上可用于治疗急性脑梗死。To investigate the brain protecting mechanism and clinical significance of nerve growth factor(NGF) . Applying cerebral isehemical reperfusion( MCAO)model of SD rats. 55 healthy adult SD rats were randomly divided into a false surgical operation group( n = 5 ), control group ( n = 30 ), NGF group ( n=10 ) and matched group( n = 10 ) to established the MCAO model. To examine expression of TGF-β1 and IL-1β after the immunity histochemistry in rats brain. The nerve function harrier of NGF group obviously reduced, the expressional quantity of IL-1β increased, that of TGF-β1 reduced(P〈0. 01 ). NGF(via intramuscular injection) is of obvious protective function on ischemia--reperfusion rats brain. NGF could be used to cure acute cerebral infarct.
