四种杜仲样品中生物活性物质含量的测定

摘　　要：对四种杜仲样品中绿原酸类物质进行了提取,首次用制备硅胶G薄板一次将它们逐一分离。采用高压液相色谱、紫外、红外、质谱及核磁共振等对绿原酸类物质进行了定性及结构分析;并用紫外分光光度计测定了该四种类型杜仲中绿原酸类物质的总含量。Chlorogenic acids were extracted from the leaves of Eucommia Ulmoides by solvent extraction and precipitation. And they were developed by Silica gel GF one by one on the first. We analyzed the structure through RP-HPLC,UV,IR,MS and NMR. The contents of Chlorogenic acids were determinated by ultraviolet spectirophotometry. It was found that the contents of Chlorogenic acid were very different.
