摘  要:为了准确测定感光铝箔中挥发性有机物的含量,利用自制的顶空加热装置建立了HS-CGC-FID法测定感光铝膜中残余溶剂含量的方法。样品铝箔用不锈钢剪刀切成2 mm×40 mm的细长条。先将加热装置升至100℃,用氮气吹扫顶控管,保证其在惰性环境下,将精密称重的铝箔加入到顶空管中,加热30 min,用玻璃注射器抽取1 mL顶空气体,快速进样,记录分析数据。该方法中对丁酮、乙二醇单乙醚的检出限分别为0.001 mg/g、0.000 66 mg/g。称量0.11 g样品测定线性范围分别为6×10-6~2×10-3mg/g、4×10-6~1.32×10-3mg/g。方法的回收率分别为1.92%,1.76%。In this paper,a self-made headspace heating device is used to test residual solvent in photosensitive aluminum membrane.The sample,which is made of Aluminum foil,are cut into long narrow pieces by stainless scissors.First,increase the temperature of the device to 100℃,and use nitrogen to purge the glass tube to ensure that the operation is conducted in a complete insert environment.Then put some accurate measuring aluminum foil into the tube,and the heated time should last 30mins.Extract 1 ml gas above the sample injection and record the data.The detection limit of butanone reaches 0.001mg/g when using this method,and the other sample,ethylene glycol monoethyl ether is 0.00066 mg/g;the corresponding liner range is 0.003mg/g~1mg/g,0.002mg/g~1mg/g;recovery rate is 1.92%,1.76%.
