摘　　要：目的评价前弹力层下角膜磨镶术（SBK）矫治近视的临床疗效，安全性和可预测性。方法选取我院眼科病例50例（100眼）前弹力层下制作超薄角膜瓣，以VISX STAR S4准分子激光设备施行手术。术后1d、1周、1个月、3个月进行复查。结果术后恢复快，反应轻，散光小。超薄的角膜瓣拓宽了准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术（LASIK）的治疗范围，使更多的高度近视和角膜厚度不足患者接受了手术。在一定程度上增加LASIK手术的安全性，减少术后角膜扩张的发生。结论角膜磨镶术具有良好的安全性、有效性、准确性，是LASIK手术患者的最佳选择。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy, safety and predictability of treatment of myo- pia with subbowman＇s keratomileusis （SBK）. Methods SBK was performed on 100 eyes of 50 cases with, to produced under ultra-thin corneal flap at sub-Bowman＇ s by means of VISX STAR S4 excimer laser equipment. Postoperatively 1 d, 1 week, 1 month, 3 months for review. Results （1） Postoperative recovery was quick, reaction is light, and astigmatism is small. （2） Treatment area of excimer laser in situ keratomileusis （LASIK） was widened by the ultra-thin corneal flap, so that more patients with high myopia and corneal ply inadequacy will undergo surgery. （3） In a certain, the safety of LASIK can be extented and the postoperative corneal expansion can be reduced. Conclusion SBK is the best choice for patients with LASIK, which is a method with safety, validity and accuracy.
