眼挫伤致睫状体脱离21例临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨眼挫伤造成睫状体脱离的临床治疗效果。方法21例（21眼）睫状体脱离分别采用药物治疗和睫状体脱离缝合术治疗，其中药物治疗14例，手术治疗7例。结果随访l～6个月，视力，眼压均有不同程度提高。结论采用及时正确的方法，可将睫状体脱离对视功能损害降至最低。Objective To invesgate the clinical efficacy of treatment for ciliary body detachment caused by blunt. Methods Drug treatment and the ciliary body suturing were used in the treatment of patients,including 14 cases of drug therapy,7 cases of surgical treatment. Results 1 -6 months follow-up, visual acuity,intraoeular pressure increased in val：cing degrees. Conclusion Timely and correct treatment, can be minimize the damage of visual function in cyliary body detachment.
