摘　　要：以双缝为例,从装置图、实验照片和光强度分布入手,讨论了双缝干涉与双缝衍射的区别和联系,从而较深入地探讨了光波干涉与衍射的本质。Research shows that many people understand interference and diffraction of light is not comprehensive. This paper puts forward a way and method to give a clear explanation of interference and diffraction, through dealing with the intensity distributions of light traveling through interference of young＇s double-silt and double-slits diffraction. Thus it expounds both relationship and difference between interference and diffraction,and aims at a further understanding of their essence.
