优化高校资产管理与仪器使用率的研究

摘　　要：高校的仪器设备名目繁多,资产比重越来越多,传统的手工或半手工的操作模式在实际管理过程中差错率高、时效性差、工作效率低下,已不能满足对现有高校资产的准确有效的管理,需要加强相关管理制度的制定和细化,并确保这些制度的落实和实施。同时需引进先进的管理手段——利用RFID无线射频识别技术、网络和计算机管理技术解决仪器设备分散数据采集的瓶颈问题,从而优化高校资产管理水平,提高仪器设备的使用率。There are more and more instruments and equipments serving various purposes in the colleges and universities.The traditional manual or semi-manual mode of operation in the management is with high error rate,poor timeliness and inefficiency which can not be in accordance with the effective management in universities.It＇s required to strengthen the management system and to ensure the implementation of these systems.At the same time,the advanced management methods——radio frequency identification（RFID） technology,network and the technology of computer management should be adopted to solve the bottleneck problem of data collection to optimize the property management,thus to improve equipment utilization.
