摘　　要：介绍了基层单位机动卫勤分队人才队伍建设方面存在的主要问题,总结了军队中心医院机动卫勤分队人才队伍建设方面的基本方法和措施。实践证明,这些方法和措施提高了机动卫勤分队训练的效果,形成了可持续发展的机制。The practice and experience of development of personnel in mobile medical service unit are introduced,and the basic methods and measures of development of personnel in mobile medical service unit are summarized.It is proved that the methods and measures improves the effect of training of mobile medical service unit and forms sustainable developing systems.
