摘　　要：目的研究CD147在上皮性卵巢肿瘤组织中的表达状况及其与肿瘤进展的相关性。方法运用激光扫描共聚焦免疫荧光方法检测CD147在54例上皮性卵巢肿瘤组织中的表达,研究其与肿瘤复发、组织病理学分型等预后相关指标的关系。结果 33例卵巢上皮细胞癌组织和21例良性上皮性肿瘤组织中检测到CD147蛋白表达,卵巢上皮细胞癌组织的荧光强度远高于良性上皮性肿瘤,而Ⅳ、Ⅲ期的表达明显高于Ⅱ、Ⅰ期(P<0.05);表达强度与肿瘤组织病理学分期有关(P<0.05),良性肿瘤的表达明显低于恶性肿瘤(P<0.05)。结论 CD147在卵巢上皮细胞癌中高表达,且表达强度与卵巢上皮细胞癌的分期相关;CD147蛋白的表达对卵巢上皮细胞癌患者的发生、发展可能起重要促进作用,可以作为预测卵巢上皮细胞癌恶性程度及预后的指标。Objective To study the expression and correlation with tumor progression of CD147 in epithelial ovarian tumor tissues.Methods We used laser scanning confocal immunofluorescence to detect the expression of protein of CD147 in 54 cases of epithelial ovarian tumor tissue,to study its relationship with tumor recurrence,histopathological type and other prognostic indicators.Results CD147 protein expression was detected in 33 cases of ovarian epithelial cell carcinoma and 21 cases of benign epithelial tumor tissue.The fluorescence intensity in ovarian epithelial cell carcinoma tissue was much higher than that in benign epithelial tumors.The expression of protein of CD147 in stage Ⅳ,stage Ⅲ was significantly higher than that in stage Ⅱ,Ⅰ（P0.05）.The expression was related to tumor pathological staging（P0.05）.Benign tumors was significantly lower than malignant tumors（P0.05）.Conclusions CD147 in ovarian epithelial cell cancer is highly expressed,and the strong expression concerned with ovarian cancer staging.CD147 protein expression in ovarian epithelial cancer occurrence may play an important role in development and promoting.It can be a predictor of ovarian malignancy and prognosis for squamous cell carcinoma.
