摘 要:目的探讨科学、规范、实用的老视验光方法。方法随机抽取老视患者100例,使用NIDEK ARK700型电脑验光仪进行客观验光,TOPCON VT-10综合验光仪进行主觉验光;采用FCC法测出初始近用附加度数;近用NRA/PRA法对初始近用附加度数精调;根据被测者实际阅读需要,确定被测者老视眼镜的个性化度数。对被测者实际下加度数与年龄相关经验近附加值进行统计分析。结果实际检测下加度数结果与年龄相关经验近附加值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论科学、规范、实用的老视验光应在精确远用屈光度数的基础上,根据被测眼的实际调节幅度,结合病史和配镜目的,以及被测者实际阅读需要,并通过试戴确定个性化近附加度数。Objective To seek for a presbyopic optometry method that is scientific,standard and practicable.Methods Random sample of 100 presbyopic patients conducted objective refraction with NIDEK ARK700 computer refractor,then conducted subjective refraction with TOPCON VT-10 refractor,calculated Dp with fused cross cylinder(FCC)Rules,fine-turned Dp by near negative relative accommodation(NRA)/ positive relative accommodation(PRA)Rules.Individual degrees of reading glasses were measured out according to individual needs of reading.We conducted statistical analysis of individual actual add and experience values of myopia additional degrees that differed by age.Results Difference between actual testing ADD values and experience ADD values was significant(P0.05).Conclusion On the basis of precise distance correction and accommodative amplitude value of particular eyes,referring to individual medical history and needs on reading,and by determining Dp after fitting,we can conduct a presbyopic optometry that is scientific,standard and practicable.
