十二指肠镜联合腹腔镜治疗肝外胆管结石的临床体会

摘　　要：目的总结分析肝外胆管结石应用十二指肠镜联合腹腔镜治疗的临床体会。方法回顾分析2008年10月至2011年3月应用十二指肠镜联合腹腔镜治疗肝外胆管结石28例的临床资料及随访结果。结果术后均无严重并发症发生,创伤小,住院时间明显缩短。结论利用两镜联合微创治疗肝外胆管结石,患者创伤小,住院时间短,充分体现了内镜、腹腔镜的优越性,扩大了微创治疗肝外胆管结石的范围。Objective To summarize the experience of treatment for extrahepatic bile duct stones by laparoscopy combined with duodenoscopy.Methods 28 patients with extrahepatic biliary duct stones treated with laparoscopy combined with duodenoscopy were analyzed retrospectively from October 2008 to March 2011.Results There were not serious postoperative complications.The patients were pain less and recovery faster.Conclusion Laparoscopy combined with duodenoscopy provides a new treatment minimally invasive surgery for extrahepatic bile duct stones,with the advantages of less pain and faster recovery.
