摘　　要：化工原理课程重在培养学生的工程素质。工程素质应包括专业技能和人文素质两方面。化工原理教学中融入人文精神是提高化工类专业学生人文精神的良好方式。应该运用灵活多样的教学方式塑造学生的人文素质,进而提高学生的工程素质。The emphasis of Chemical Engineering course is to cultivate the engineering diathesis.The engineering diathesis consists of specialty craftsmanship and the Spirit of Humanities.Introjecting the Spirit in Principles of Chemical Engineering teaching is a favorable approach to enhance the student＇s humanities.Flexible manners should be used to mold the engineering diathesis of academician.
