摘　　要：目的探讨膀胱移行细胞癌组织中保罗样激酶1(PLK1)、细胞周期素B1(Cyclin B1)的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测41例膀胱移行细胞癌组织和10例正常膀胱组织中PLK1、Cyclin B1的阳性表达情况,分析两者与临床、病理改变的联系以及两者之间的相关性。结果膀胱移行细胞癌组织中PLK1、Cyclin B1的阳性表达率分别为51.2.0%(21/41)、56.1%(23/41)。PLK1表达与病理分级相关(P<0.05),Cyclin B1表达与临床分期及病理分级有关(P<0.05)。正常膀胱组织中PLK1、Cyclin B1表达均为阴性或弱阳性。PLK1与Cyclin B1在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达上存在一定相关性(r=0.317)。结论 PLK1、Cyclin B1与膀胱移行细胞癌的发生和进展有关。Objective To study the expression of PLK1 and Cyclin B1 in transitional cell carcinoma of bladder and its clinical significance.Methods Immunohistochemical methods（S-P） was employed to detect the expression of PLK1 and Cyclin B1 in 41 transitional cell carcinoma of bladder and 10 bladder tissues.Results The expression rates of PLK1 and Cyclin B1 in transitional cell carcinoma of bladder were 51.2%（21/41） and 56.1%（23/41）,respectively.PLK1 expression had correlation with pathological grades（P〈0.05）.Cyclin B1 expression had correlation with clinical stage and pathological grades（P〈0.05）.The expression of PLK1 and Cyclin B1 was negative or weak in healthy bladder tissues.Furthermore,a correlationship existed between PLK1 and Cyclin B1 expression in the transitional cell carcinoma of bladder（r=0.317）.Conclusion PLK1 and Cyclin B1 expressions are related with the progression of the transitional cell carcinoma of bladder.
