5-FU局部缓释联合手术治疗脑胶质瘤临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察5-FU局部缓释联合手术治疗脑胶质瘤的临床疗效。方法 40例胶质瘤病人通过开颅手术方式植入5-FU多聚缓释体,随访6~24周,通过影像学检查,比较手术前及术后肿瘤体积变化,并观察瘤周水肿情况及术后不良反应。结果 23例病人术后病情稳定。28例患者术后无化疗不良反应。肿瘤平均径在术后6、12和24周以上均有显著缩小。其中第12周随访病例肿瘤平均径缩小最显著。结论 5-FU局部缓释联合手术治疗治疗脑胶质瘤安全有效,无明显不良反应。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of implantation of 5-FU in patients with glioma,and develop a new drug formulation and methodology of chemotherapy.Methods Forty patients with glioma underwent implantation of 5-FU in craniotomy.Every patient was followed and evaluated by MR or CT scan,the diameter of tumor was compared before and after operation in different times.Results The condition of 23 patients after operation was stable.The diameter of tumor decreased significantly in 6,12,24 weeks after operation,especially in 12 weeks.Conclusion This study demonstrates that controlled releasing 5-FU chemotherapy is efficient and safe on glioma,and without evident side effect.
